This post may be more appropriate in the "home brew" but i'll see what i get here. I'm going to be baking off some Dpharm Test E that put me in intense pain from BA. Here is what I was told to do:
put vial in container with water filled up until it's close to the top layer of the Test inside the vial.
put a 20 gauge pin inside the top NOT TOUCHING the test
Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes. Then take out until cool.
repeat process 2 more times
Eat and enjoy!
