After waking up:

Protein shake, glutamine

Before working out:

Dymatize Xpand, creatine

After working out:

Protein shake, creatine, glutamine

Before bed:

Protein shake, glutamine, ZMA



I will also be taking multivitamins and antioxidants.

Is this a good stack? Should I change the times I am taking them, or change the supplements? Any advice is appreciated.
 
I don't know what Xpand is, but everything else looks good. Try some casein protein before bed, will make a huge difference.

I am assuming you are in a bulking cycle, so based on what you have provided, try the following:
  • Healthy Breakfast
  • Protein shake (Glutamine (optional))
  • Mid-morning meal
  • Pre workout
  • Dymatize XPand or Creatine but not both as you would be consuming 2 creatine based supplements
  • Post workout
  • Creatine followed shortly after with dextrose
  • Protein shake
  • Mid-day meal
  • Mid-afternoon meal
  • Evening meal
  • Protein shake (Casein based)
