How on earth did he get out of jail so quickly? That was a crime of passion, murder 2 is it not?

thats why there are lawyers....there are more volumes of case law than LAWS themselves.....case laws dictate situations percisely....state of mind, and a plethora of other criteria....sentencing is up to judges-and in our crowded judicial system and over-crowded institutions- time served is usually cut in half...especially in california.....under the circumstances stated in the above case, it is unlikely that this man (husband) would go out and kill again....therefor the judge probably took this into consideration and gave a light sentence...after all- he THOUGHT his wife was a victim...doesnt make it ok-or right- but if it had been you or I???? the system would have worked in our favor....still, he has to live with the incident...and dont think for a minute that he got everything for free.........

While rape is a horrible and beatdown deserving thing. Dont forget about all the innocent guys that get falsely accused of it.

Lots of women cry rape for attention or out of guit after having consenal sex with someone.

I have a friend who is dealing with this right now and I know he did not rape anyone.

He had sex with this girl who ended up being 16(don't know whether he knew this or not).

He didnt want a GF so she got pissed and said he forced himself on her..total bullshit.

He's fucked.. all it takes is the girls word that's it.

It could happen to anyone of us, think about that.

I've seen it from every side. Know girls who have been raped. Some close to me. I was falsely accused of rape a few years ago. I never even kissed the girl, much less had sex of any kind. My best friend was considered a rapist because some guy who was a rapist had the same name at our previous University. I was in a college bathroom when some slut fucked two guys at once. She was moaning for them to keep going and that she wanted more. An hour later, she called the cops and said she was raped. Wanted the event to be "taken back" when she realized what people would say.

When I hear a rape claim and it doesn't involve a kid, I think "Maybe, maybe not."

I went to high school with his murderers. Well, some of them. That is, of course, if that's the case you're talking about.
