Personally, if you don’t have a gun to your head or a knife to your throat. If you didn’t take a beating fighting off the guy. Then the claim of rape is bullshit. Rape is forcible compulsion NOT regret the next day.

Not sure about that. A reaction to rape would be the same to any other crime. Some would fight. Some would go numb. Not everyone is a figter. If that were true, then we wouldn't have the level of victim mentality we do today.

I think anyone who takes advantage of another person, or forces them to have sex needs to be thrown naked in a pit of leaches, and then have their dick chopped off. Girls who cry wolf should have something similiar happen to them, because they make it harder for the people who really are victims.

But i disagree with the instant executioner bit.
For example:
I read a few years back this married woman came home. The husband found out that she had slept with someone. She got scared, and made up a story that the guy she fucked at the club, actually took her back to his pad and raped her. The husband got infuriated. Went down, and killed the guy.
During the trial -- the jury found out that she had lied. She admitted it was consensual sex, but since she was a battered spouse, she did not want to get battered again. Since she didn't claim to the authorities, she did nothing wrong. And the jury had to disregard her testimony -- cuz they had to go by the motive, that this husband truly believed he was confronting his wife's rapist. Irregardless if it was true or not.
End result: The husband got 1 year in jail, 2 years probation. And in 6 months -- he was let out with good behaviour.
That guy who got killed could've been ANY of us.

How on earth did he get out of jail so quickly? That was a crime of passion, murder 2 is it not?
