Random Twitching?

They're not? Could have fooled me. Obviously I'm not saying she has any of those. But yes, twitching are common early symptoms. The issue at hand though is just random twitching are symptoms of just about everything.

What's the #1 presenting symptom of ms then........and tell me without google..... hint -- its not fasiculations

Did I say it was the number one presenting symptom?

At any rate, not all MS is the same either. (RR/PP/Sp/PR)

Often times though, tingling and numbness happen first. Though it's possible to be completely symptom free and then one day not be able to walk, or suddenly have the onset of stroke-like symptoms that are treatable with steroids.

Actually I'm going off of personal experience. I have an uncle with MS, and one of my best friends mothers has MS as well.

But sure, throw out ad-hominiem accusations.
