Like I assumed Ortiz was black cause I thought he was his Avi.
The stories he told bout his yayo days had a totally different narrative due to his avi. Kinda like if his avi were a woman and he had a gender indication and claimed he was a woman my story would be different, the motivation would be different, the stress he had to deal with would be different, due to well, cultural identity in which truth is based more on similarity rather than proportion or interval. An apple is red cause we agree its red. Since our culture is based fundamentally on a principle of division, or polarity, people can only get along if they are 'similar'. U notice how when you are high you are more tolerant... less separation, bro.
It was a joke that continued further how assumptions, like most peeps assume that asian dude is me, changed my whole narrative in my head of his yay yo problem, and the race of his wife, who his friends were.
