rALA reaction

I've been using rALA now for a couple of weeks from the fine folks at the AF store, but I think Im having a reaction to it. I've noticed even while taking one capsule with meals that afterwards I seem to get a flustering feeling. Sometimes I'll get some sharp pains or feeling of a faster heart beating. Im posting this to see if iother people have experienced this or if its something else since I am taking some other "supplements" too. Again it may be a coincedence or it may just be really strong and Im sensitive to its effects. Either way I do like it, and believe I can eat more carbs and not be as glucose sensitive. Thanks

I haven't seen anything in the studies about it. Nor have I seen anyone else reporting or posting it. Your heart will beat "harder" when you use it until your glucose is disposed of but that is only a matter of about an hour. You really shouldn't be able to "feel" that though. Some people notice it if they take it at night and then when they are at rest they can hear their heart beat stronger for a few minutes. It's actually healthy for your heart.

This is not faster beating or pains though.

OK cool, Yes that's when I feel it the most after I take it with a meal then lay down for the night. I feel my heart beating I guess harder, then when I wake up its gone. Like I mentioned earlier Im sure some of the test and EQ are causing the usual anxiety feelings and elevated blood pressure. Just trying to sort out what is triggering what

It's actually gone in about 30-60 minutes but you're asleep then. Test will exacerbate this somewhat.

I sorta notice it too. But I felt the same way when taking regular ALA. I had thought that the regular ALA i was taking contained sometype of stimulant.... Hell I take so much stuff that I can't point one pills effects over another effects!

HAHA, that's exactly why I posted this. I was like Im on this and that and a little bit more of something else but then I threw in rALA and the feeling started and I was like is it from this or not
