As you can read ... I'm lost on sust and pushing big pounds.
Sorry I'm late missing this,I'm on vacation,Yes ,it's true,i'm always setting new goals,and giving my workouts 110%,before training i'll have 4 St John's wort (for Focus)2 hrs before that Omega's lipostim,and Amplify.
I'll be 58 this Dec,each year i try for a personal best in the squat,I hope to break the 475 pound barrier,if not......well theres a time for every thing,i used to squat more when i was in my late 30's/40's,so thing are bound to happen sooner or later,but look aropund and see how many people walking around are doing what i do.....none.
Diet,when it's feasible i get a gram of protein for every pound of bos
dyweight other than that i just watch snacks and what i eat.
Other than that for fun i paint,pics are in my gallery,most of those are from my college days,i keep the best off the internet for fear of them being copied.
