Quitting smoking, I feel so fucking ill, I want to stab out my lungs.

What sux for me is that every person that has ever meant anything to me has been addicted to cigarettes.. It's been a lifelong battle for me and I guess it always will be.
the good thing is that anyone can quit if they want to and are ready

some awesome advice in here..

I've not had a smoke in 14 hours now.. woo..

and I've managed to deftly battle off quite a few cravings..

I went to the grocery store and I baught some of those little carrots, I nibble on them when I have a craving.

I really gotta hit up the cardio because I don't want to put on weight from not smoking.. =/

Nobody likes a quitter bro.

lolol that's what I told myself for so long..

meh I don't want to quit.. who likes a quitter..

oh well I'm sick of this shit, and getting over every small craving is a pretty huge battle, I think I'm going to stay away from drinking for a week or so though, that should help alot.

Question for you ex smokers.

so I can get over the cravings.. fairly easily.. but they seem to be coming closer and closer.. like once every 5 minutes.. instead of once every hour.

any thoughts methods, etc?

first 3 days are the hardest psychologically and physically. lucky the physical goes away - but its the psychological that lingers on
i still have rare occasions where i get the urge to smoke.
