Quick Question about my BF%

Aight guys ever since I got out of the military I've been slacking off alot with weight training. When I came home from Iraq I was a solid 185 around 12-15% BF. Now I look in the mirror and see a fat ass. I was wondering if you guys had to guess what BF you think that I'm at? I am currently 240 at 6'1" (Doesn't look like it though). I just got back on a consistent schedule and needed some feedback since I plan on doing a cycle after I get down to 220. here's a pic.

I would guess from 18-23% BF...

Thanks for the input guys! That is really sad of me to let my body go like that, but I will get back down to a better weight. I honestly I'm not a big eater, but when I got back from overseas I went on a drinking binge for months and the pounds just kept on packing on. But thanks for the help.

that weight will come off pretty easy if you eat right and do cardio
