quick qestion

-ok- so I take 250mg shot of supr test on mondays and I take 400mg of bold200 EQ on thursdays, I won't be in town for a week.
and I leave friday, so I will take the EQ as planned, and I will be off by like two days, but the supr test I should take my monday shot on friday the day I leave right...
 
well this is my cycle
week 1-10
suprtest 250
weeks 1-10
bold 200 (400mg per week)
weeks 8-13
stanzolic 50mg (eod)
PCT 300/100/50

so I take
monday supertest 250 (1ml)
thursdays I take bold 200 (2ml)

I have been on it for two weeks so far
 
I'm in a similar cycle :

1-10 test enathate 500/wk
1 - 10 bold. EQ 400/wk


I usually take four shots, I get two on monday and the other two on thursday which is
250mg of test and 200 of eq on monday then the same on thursday.
Bro what I would do is to upper the dose to 500 of test, 250 is not enough that's what the doctors prescribe to older man to replace hormones (HRT).
 
I would but at the moment I can't....anyhow, if I am ussing it as just a base wouldn't that be enough?? my goals are to lean out much on this cycle, I was under the impression that the EQ/WINNY would do that and the Test was just a base for this cycle???

I just came off a d-bol/sus/decca/ cycle about 9 weeks Ive been off the supertest is the last of the test I have and to be honest I have never used WINNY nor EQ so I want to see what results I get most with those compounds...

what week are you on right now?? and what was your stats before you got on untill now?? how was the progress so far?? also what do your meals look like?

I want to lean out much more so I am droping my calorie intake by about 1,500 so I will be eating for the first half about 3,500 per day then for the second half I will try to cut that in half to be around 2,000...

but I heard that might not be possible while on EQ, because it makes you extreamly hungry?? is that what you are going through now?

I'm 6'3" at 234 with 10%bf. Here is what I am taking:
500mg's t ent ew
600mg's EQ ew
*This is the most I have ever done. I have grown quite well in the past just off 250mg's of test a week.
**I would just add in the Supertest with your EQ before you leave and then just pick back up where you left off.

typo..I have tried winny but not shot's/also to cut the calories in half would be around 1,500...but if not at 1,500 then I would try to stay around 2,000...

I was at 22%
so my last cycle did a good job, but it did not give me the look I wanted, it took my fat and returned musle but I lack definition.. my arms are in good shape but my chest has been the hardest for me to mold.....it's funny I usualy see cats at my gym with a nice chest and no guns at all, then I see cats with a huge upper body resting on chop-sticks....and here I am with nice guns, and a poked out chest..lol..anyway, so with the last amount of fat stored around my waist I am hoping this cycle will bring me back to where I want to be....I would like to be 200 @ about 10%
(until winter)
 
im on week 14 actually I extended it, I was on
dbol 35mg 1 - 6wks
test enathate 500mg 1 - 10wks then since I saw very good results I decided to extend it for another 10 weeks which I added 400MG of EQ into the mix

11-20 test en. 500/wk
11-20 EQ 400/wk

I started off at 184lbs on week 1 then on week 6 i started to see the results by week 10 I was 195lbs then I decided to do a 20 weeker but with EQ to see more vascularity which I've been noticing by this 14th week but there's still 6 more weeks to go which i'm looking forward to gain more mass and be more vascular, now I can see more veins poping up and vascularity more than ever. now I weight 202lbs finally I broke the barrier. hahaha!

my current stats:
26yrs old, 202lbs so far, I was 16% now dropped at 13% bf measured with calipers, height 5'-10". I usually eat 8 times a day.

my last cycle I started at 190/195
cycle looked like this
1-4
d-bol 35 mg/ed
1-10
sus250
1-10
decca300
then at the end I threw in 100 winny to help lean me out a bit and to help rid the boddy of water...

anyhow by the end of week one I went up to 220 lbs so I decided d-bol was not for me and took it out the picture and gave it to a buddy of mine...by the fith week my body started to drop some of the weight the winny gave me and I started to see good gaines in my arms. by week six I was down to about 208
by week 9 I was at 202, and by week 13 till now I am inbetween 197/202 I go up or down it's never the same...but I did start my cycle with an extreamly high BF% but now I see that it has changed from fat to musle, so I got good results...I think the decca I was on was bunk though...

so this cycle I hope to get more leaner/ and be able to get vascular...I would really like to see more results in my chest though, any sugestions curently I do a 4 day split with a three week rotation, 30 min cardio in the am and then in the pm I do 15 min cardio before work out then lift and sometimes another 10 min on bike before I leave.

for chest I do
dumbbell
incline/decline/flat
barbell
incline/decline/flat
cable
incline/flat (sitting)/ fly's/pectoral lifts (not sure what it's called...when the cables are close to the floor and you grip them by your legs with arms extended down, then lift towrds your chin)

I also do push ups/walk overs...you name it I do it but the thing is I can't seem to shock them good enough??? any tricks in that department?

ohh also, at what stage (week) do you think your body is most receptive while on?? this might help aid in my chest...lol

your work out looks real good bro. d-bol holds a lot of water the first weeks I gained like 6lbs nothing but water so I decided to take some nolva 20mg a day to keep some water away which it did I dropped like 3-4lbs of water after a week or so with the nolva. about the cardio bro, I found an very intresting report that I found let me find it and I will post it right now just a min bro.

My Approach To Doing Cardio For Optimal Results by Tim Wescott

Most bodybuilder`s, fitness enthusiasts, and personal trainer`s, will tell you that the best time to do cardio is early in the morning, on an empy stomach. For some reason, which most of them don`t know the answer to, they will tell you this is the perfect time to facilitate fat burning. I`m here to say they are off base in this approach to losing bodyfat, and I will tell you why. As bodybuilder`s, most of us endeavor to eat 5-6 meals a day, spaced out over three hour intervals.This helps to keep blood sugar levels stable, keeps us in an anabolic state, by maintaining a positive nitrogen balance, aids in better digestion and assimilation, and also helps to keep the waistline smaller, as most of the meals should not be big meals, per se`!

After sleeping all night for 6-8 hours, or whatever amount is required for you personally, the body, upon arising in the morning, is in a very catabolic state.This means a state of negative nitrogen balance,something no bodybuilder wants. To perform cardio at this time, on an empty stomach, creates a further state of catabolism, thus resulting in muscle breakdown, and muscle tissue loss.The exact opposite of what bodybuilding is all about! It`s true that blood sugar levels are low in the morning, but so are amino acids,the building blocks of protein. If you must do cardio in the morning.... no big deal, just make sure to have a protein drink, or a light protein meal, 45-60 minutes before the aerobic session. Your first priority in the morning, after fasting all night during sleep, should be to feed the body protein and carbs, thus restoring the body to an anabolic state once again. You always want to remain in this anabolic state, if possible, thats why we eat every three hours or so.

In my opinion, the best time to do cardio is after you workout with the iron. Performing your cardio workout after training with the weights, is the most ideal time to burn fat. The reasoning behind this thinking is that during your weight training workout you are using glucose, and stored glycogen, as fuel for energy. Glucose and glycogen are sugars, and sugars are carbs. You want to use carbs as fuel for your training ideally,to sustain you throughout the workout. After you are done training, your glucose and glycogen levels are obviously depleted, thus making this the perfect time to perform your cardio, and to use stored fat as fuel. At this time, if you are on a high protein diet, as most bodybuilder`s are, or should be, the body will burn fat as fuel, to help get you through the cardio session.



Keep the cardio intense and brief, or the body will once again go into a catabolic state and use protein for fuel literally eating your hard earned muscle tissue alive.Doinf too much cardio is detrimental. The type of cardio that you perform is up to you, but I would recommend doing 15-20 minutes of "High Intensity Interval Training". Hereafter known as HIIT !! HIIT cardio involves an all out burst of effort for about a minute, followed by a cool down pace, also for a minute or so, or until the heartrate slows down substantionally. As I stated above, 15-20 minutes of HIIT is great and usually enough for most people. I personally wouldn`t go over 30 minutes tops.

One of the advantages of performing HIIT cardio is that it accomplishes more in a shorter time period. Another more important benefit, is that it raises the heart rate and the metabolism. Your metabolism stays elevated long after your cardio session is done.This enables the body to keep on burning more fat just by going through your normal daily routine! I call this effect the "Afterburn" !!



I use an Eliptical Trainer most of the time, and I find by using this particular apparatus, I burn over twice as many calories using HIIT, over more traditional methods I have employed in the past.The Eliptical Trainer also has virtually no impact on the feet, hips, or knees. So there it is, my take on doing AM cardio, and why I think it should not be done on an empty stomach. Try it out and lose some of that excess bodyfat, while retaining your hard earned muscle, you`ll be glad you did !!

Thanks for the karma bro. keep training hard and eat clean big to get lean big, remember bro diet diet diet is the key to grow. Make sure to eat your oats, egg whites, meat, chicken breasts, brown rice, milk and so on well you know the rest...... I'll keep you posted of how'd it go at the end my cycle bro. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask we are here as a community to help each other out.
