I've been in the market for something of this sort, something that "pushes" the carbs through the system (for lack of better bio-chem explanation).
I received my free bottle a few days ago; I decided to take 3 caps with my pre-workout meal (1.5 hrs before working out) and 3 caps with my PWO whey/waxy maize/malto shake.
What I've noticed:
My pre-workout meal is giving me more fuel for my workouts. The same serving of whole wheat pasta seems to last up until the last rep. I used to sort of crap out or fail on some of my last few sets. I'm looking forward to further testing my theory
Oh, and the rapid uptake of this whey/waxy maize/malto combination seems to be even FASTER. Plus I feel more energy after downing it, which I can only assume is a more favorable insulin spike...perfect environment for my post workout meal 45 minutes later.
I'll post more info down the road when the bottle is almost gone.
