Does everyone take their dbol all at once (40mgx1), or split it up throughout the day 10x4, 20x2....thanks (qv 10's preferably)

I based my intake around when I worked out. You DEFINITELY want to take 10-20mg 30 minutes to an hour prior to your workout. Makes a hella difference. Also want to have some first thing in the morning (with food), then take your next dosage every 6 hours thereafter. I'm a 20 x 2 type of guy myself when it comes to dosing, simply because it is a pain to remember to take your "medicine" 4 times every day, at exactly the right times.
In the end, your dosing schedule of D-bol depends entirely on your work/lifting schedule, which I know nothing about except what your original question was. Make sense?

Swordfish beat me to the punch, but this is the single most common question in regards to ALL oral gear. My post is a wee bit more thorough, though. Good luck regardless!
