Hi....don't know if any of you can help me but it's worth a try...

I usually do 45 minutes of steady jogging on the treadmill in the morning on an empty stomach...a few minutes after the cardio session I suck down my water bottle....well not literally but you know what I mean!

Well I notice that about 10-20 minutes after I get these BAD stomach pains and they last for a half hour or so...I'm wondering if this is from drinking a significant amount of water on an empty stomach after my cardio session...b/c I dont notice these pains when I do my cardio at night after I've eaten throughout the day...
