question reguarding my right delt

i injected sust and some deca (1cc each) in my right delt about a week or week and a half ago and never really hurt or anything, hardly ever does get sore., anyways, a couple of days ago, i noticed that i still have a lump there about the size of a quarter. it does not hurt. its not red or soar or anything, just a lump.. could it possibly be a vein. ? i mean, i can press it and it just doesn't go anywhere just is a soft lump.
also do i need to try to press on it pretty hard to see if that will help. its not bothering me, i just dont really like to have a lump on my delt if u know what i mean, and i haven't injected in the site since then.

Try injecting in your left delt and see if it does the same. It could just be a knot in your muscle. Juice can cause this and it does however happen often to people. Massage the area and if it continues to swell go see a doctor.
