question please about test/deca cycle and nolva/clomid pct

can someone help me ??

what do mean by sensitive ??

and puffy ..

i should hit the nolva ?

i should do clomid too ??

i really don't want to take chances ..

Calm down, its easy to get paranoid running extra hormones, forget about the 400mgs of Deca you took that won't do squat!
no don't hit the nova, what i would do is get some forma stanazol and run it thru the cycle. if you have arimidex or aromasin add 1/4 tab EOD (every other day)

Here i'm going to list 20 superfoods you can eat to burn fat and build soild muscle.
To build muscle & lose fat, you need a variety of proteins, veggies, fruits, carbs, and healthy fats. Eating Protein helps building & maintaining muscle. But it also helps fat loss: Protein has a higher thermic effect than carbs/fats.

Eating fats also helps fat loss: your body holds fat if you don’t eat fats. Fruits & veggies contain vitamins & minerals, necessary for recovery from your workouts. And carbs fuel your muscles so you feel full of energy at the gym.

Lots of you struggle to get these foods. Sometimes because you’re too busy or sometimes because you just lack information. This list will help you — 20 super foods you need to build muscle & lose fat.


1. Whole Eggs. Cheap & rich source of Protein: 7g/egg. The yolk contains most nutrients: half the Protein, vitamins A/D/E and cholesterol to naturally increase your testosterone levels.

Don’t worry about cholesterol in eggs. Dietary cholesterol isn’t bound to blood cholesterol. If you have bad cholesterol, lower your body fat rather than throwing the yolk away.


2. Fish Oil. Reduces inflammation (joints/skin), lowers body fat and increases testosterone levels. You need 9000mg EPA/DHA per day. Since you’ll probably struggle to get that from eating fatty fish, consider a fish oil supplement.

i am paranoid but they do feel kinda different ..

they feel kinda puffy so i keep a wet towel on them ..

i just don't know they don't hurt or anything ..

just kinda uncomfortable now ..

i been taking anastozal everyday ..

rub on your chest 5 pumps AM ,5 pm and get your diet in order the leaner you are the less chance of having problems.

they do look kinda pointy but i can't really tell ..

they are slightly sensitive but not real sensitive ..

what do u mean by sensitive ?? mine don't hurt or anything .

if i push on them is slight sensitive but if i rub them they are not ..

no lumps behind nipples ..

does have a slight bloat but not excessive ..

nipples do not itch ..

they actually feel hot like i need keep a cold towel on them ..


so what u think ??

Personally i would run some Forma Stanazol along that cycle ,it does have mild anabolic enhancement properties as well as a gyno suicide inhibitor,better safe than sorry ,it will actually enhance that cycle,its always better to fight gyno before it starts.
