question please about test/deca cycle and nolva/clomid pct

what are the signs and recommended dosage ??

will the fact i already did 400mg of deca be a concern if i hit the nolva ??

if i stop deca how long before is safe to use the nolva ??

read up on the signs and dosages of gyno. just type in "gyno" in the search function. i've never had it but usually people get puffy looking nips and they are sensitive to the touch.

the amount of deca you did isn't enough to raise your progesterone levels which is why nolva is a no no on deca so I wouldn't worry bout it.
 
My man, You seem genuine in your posts. So i will be genuine with you. Your trainer is a fucking idiot. It is in your personal best interset to stay as far away from that moron as possible. Im glad to hear you dropped the deca. Honestly, that ammount of gear for someone your size is laughable. I honestly think running a cycle is a mistake but since you are rocking and rolling lets have you get the most out of it. Please answer the following:

post exactly what you put into your body on a daily basis (food/liquid)
what is your EXACT training routine
how long have you been training
post up precisely how you plan on running the remainder of your cycle/pct
why are you on the gas (goals - etc)

so far so good ..

i am doing this:

500mg test split dose mon and thurs
20mg danabol a day split dose
.25 tamoxifen every day
500iu hcg twice a week mon thurs .
i dropped the deca i not do anymore ..

no puffiness or sensitivity, i only on week two but i feel good .

i have nolva on hand just in case ..

well problem is he is one who get me supplements packages ..

i know he over charge me too ..

i drink two protien milk shakes a day with oatmeal in them ..

i drink mineral water naturally carbonated ..

which mineral water is the best water u can drink for ur body ..

i eat tuna everyday, usually in caserole ..

i will make mashed potatos and mix in a can or corn in and eat that ..

i also will make steal cut oatmeal and then mix in protein shake mix into it ..

and i train every day upper body one day and lower body next day ..

i try to do eight sets of ten but usually i get so worn out i can't do all sets everytime because i adding more weights ..

my goals is just get bigger like everyone else ..

i have 11.5% body fat last time i was measured ..

i do have a small amount of fat on my stomach i want get rid of ..

and i take milk thistle daily too, i only take one capsule right now ..

i was gonna up to two capsules after cycle ..

thats it what i doing ..

i was told to do ten weeks of test ..

but i don't have the hcg and tamoxifen for ten weeks ..

so i trying to figure out how i can do ten weeks test ..

i might need more tamo and hcg ..

because i like idea of extend for two weeks ..

i gonna do 6 weeks danabol 20mg split dose ..

i will have left over danbols ..

Tuna every day is not good for you man. Actually you are poisoning yourself if you are eating it every day. At max you should have Tuna twice a week b/c of the high Mercury content in it. Substitute the Tuna for something else.

Second, if you want eat a little cleaner and get rid of the pudge then you could drop the mashed potatoes and substitute for sweet potatoes. They are healthier for you and have a lower GI. Your carb intake should consist mostly of brown rice, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal. Eat most of your carbs early in the day so you can use them for energy and burn them before bed.
 
ok i thought i was specific so i will be extra specific. Do a food log: I dont want to hear i have tuna and steak and potatos. I want the following: meal 1 - 8egg whites, 2 whole eqqs, 1 cup oats (precooked) 16 oz skim milk. Meal 2 mrp shake (350 calories) meal 3 xxx etc etc.

in terms of training the same thing mon: squats ass to floor 5 sets of 8 at xxx, lunges blah blah blah.

If you are willy nilly you will get dick for results i promise you. Treat this seriously and be focused and good things will happen. If you are not specific no one can offer any kind of reasonable advice. And it doesnt matter that your trainer gets you your goodies - hes an idiot that doesnt have a clue. Nothing good will come from hanging around that clown

u mean puffy chest muscles ??

or puffy nipples ??

i cannot tell if my muscles are growing or if i have gyno ..
