is there a huge difference btwn the df and the es? i thought i ordered the es and got the df......been using it for a little over a week...haven't really noticed anything yet.

ES is more 'powerful' i.e. extra strength ... what does your order confirmation say?
 
i'm just a retard...i ordered the wrong bottle haha. so bunny, do you think i'll see decent results? i'm 11% bodyfat i weigh 178 pounds....do you think my bodyfat % is low enough?

Honestly, that # really doesn't mean anything to me, I'd have to SEE what you look like etc... How tall are you?

IMO if you can afford it, heck use it at any bodyfat, that's what I did :) I LOVE this stuff LOVE it ...

I think you should have GREAT results from the Yohimburn, ES or DF... given you diet & training are not slacking..

diet needs to be tweeked a little...but here is what i've been doing for a few weeks...trying to lean out for the summer just like everyone else

6:15 yogurt, multi vit, fish oil

8:00 2 scoops of ON whey

9:30 oatmeal

snack peanuts btwn meals

12:30 either chkn, turkey, tuna, or steak, with rice and veggies

4:30 2 scoops of ON whey

5:30 workout

7:00 2 cups of lana's egg whites and 2 slices of whole wheat bread

8:30 chicken, tuna, steak, or eggs with veggies

10:00 2 scoops of anpb

macros about 2200 cals 180g fat(90% coming from peanuts and anpb) 230g protein 80g carbs

suggestions?

7:00 2 cups of lana's egg whites and 2 slices of whole wheat bread Maybe have this before workout, have a shake PWO ... then I'd feel better about the bread ... Just NOT a good carb source IMO ... personal preference

i usually eat spinach or green string beans for veggies. as far as switching pre and post workout meals....i can't really do it. i travel from jersey to nyc on a few trains and packing that much food, ( i also bring my own lunch) plus my gym equipment and what not...just a pain and easier to keep ON here. i can have a pre and post workout shake....but then i'm drinking 3 shakes a day......i would think real food is better if i can
