diet needs to be tweeked a little...but here is what i've been doing for a few weeks...trying to lean out for the summer just like everyone else
6:15 yogurt, multi vit, fish oil fine, is yogurt plain? you can get plain & add berries for flavor ...
8:00 2 scoops of ON whey fine
9:30 oatmeal maybe add some Protein? I like a little with every meal
snack peanuts btwn meals salted? I'd go with almonds or walnuts
12:30 either chkn, turkey, tuna, or steak, with rice and veggies good ... green veggies?
4:30 2 scoops of ON whey maybe eat your PWO meal here, & have shake PWO
5:30 workout
7:00 2 cups of lana's egg whites and 2 slices of whole wheat bread Maybe have this before workout, have a shake PWO ... then I'd feel better about the bread ... Just NOT a good carb source IMO ... personal preference
8:30 chicken, tuna, steak, or eggs with veggies good
10:00 2 scoops of anpb good
macros about 2200 cals 180g fat(90% coming from peanuts and anpb) 230g protein 80g carbs
suggestions?
