Moderation is definately the key for me in the offseason, which is 8 months out of the year, the other 4 I spend cutting/dieting. Those 4 months though, there is no moderation for me, I get in a zone and food has no other meaning to me then effects it has on the body, its amazing, I have no desire to cheat or even drink a beer, once I start seeing the results there's no looking back. Now that Ive had my pics done, I will stay strict with my diet for another week, go on a nice vacation for a week, and then slowly bring in the moderation factor, time to enjoy the summer. Its been 4 months since Ive had even a sip of beer, I catch some heat from my friends since I used to be a big partier, but now I'll start having some beers once a week, and have a cheat day, makes life a little more easier. Plus it will make the old lady happy, shes 100% Italian and loves going out to eat, so now I'll be taking her out every Sat night for some Italian, mmm
