I've been working out for about 2 months, and i just bought EAS 100% Whey Protein, but i'm not really sure when i should take it. I work out about 5 days a week. Anyone wanna help me out here?
post workout is a good time to take it. heck anytime is good except right before bed whey isnt the best. make sure you get plenty of protein other than the powder. powder is great and necessary but it can't be your main source of protein.
The most important time would be post workout for muscle rebuilding. Depending on what your gains are, your weight and your desired weight would be the other parts needed to equate the amount of protein in grams that would be sufficiant for your needs.
How often do you workout and to what degree ie powerlifting, light weight lifting, progression in weight and reps. How many times a week? Running any other supps?

If you wanna loose weight, shorten your rest between sets to 30seconds. this will also keep you in the gym for 30 minutes or so, depending on stretching and warming up.
get a good diet and sleep..also think about getting some creatine down the line it will make u hold water.. so u need 64-100oz of water when takin it.. i put on 19lbs when i took it ..when u buy it dont go to GNC(way over priced) look around ur town for a vitamine shoppe or something like that they will be 3x cheaper
