kmoe42 said:get a good diet and sleep..also think about getting some creatine down the line it will make u hold water.. so u need 64-100oz of water when takin it.. i put on 19lbs when i took it ..when u buy it dont go to GNC(way over priced) look around ur town for a vitamine shoppe or something like that they will be 3x cheaper
