question for everyone about SLDLS

i know omega is very busy and this is more of a technicality and "feel" question, so if a good amount of you dont mind responding it would be of great help.

when you guys do your sldls, do you go as "low as you can" or do you only go a little bit?

i was going very low so the bar was at midshin level and working my hamstrings as well, but the stress would always shift off my lowerback/glute tiein.

today i did them so the bar went just below my knees and really felt under the glutes and bottom where the erectors tie in to the ass, and i think this is the propper way for me...

what is everyone else's sldl experience?

The bar should never pass 3 Inches below the knee

I like the Way Dorian Does them its kinda between Stiffs and Normal Dls:

look at Minutes 1:50-1:60

He goes a little too fast so slow it up a tiny bit

My experience With dead lifts is that your body eventually forms into the movement

so if it does not click yet it WILL in the weeks ahead
