This is ridiculous. I came here for training info too. What a bad time to join.

All the info in the stickies is being reassembled. The exact posts are lost, but the knowledge is still here. The training board community is a small, tight-knit, very supportive and very adaptable group of people. It takes more than this to keep good people down.

I have managed to reconstruct all but two of the threads from what Becoming found. My training log was also wiped out, but fortunately, I saved that on my personal computer each day when I posted. I'm the original author on the Westside thread, the AR thread, and the Asylum Videos thread, so I have those backed up as well. Just a little more time and we'll have it all back.

the threads were VERY comprehensive overviews of the major training philosphies, DC, Westside, 5x5, HST, etc. They covered every aspect of the approaches, as well as 100's of questions along with their answers. Basically everything you need to know about all of these approaches, and were up there for a long time

As mentioned, they are being re-assembled as we type. Should be pretty close to the way they were pretty soon.

Some are already up on the Training Board. The best thing to do is check them out and start asking questions if you have them. They will get answered.

didn't the deletings take place after both parties in mention had already been de-activated from modships or admin powers? I just don't think either person in mention would delete those. There was priceless info there.
