Question about GH cycles: dose and duration

I am looking at doing Jintropin GH for at least six months consecutive. I have heard of the 5 on / 2 off cycle theory. What is the logic behind the 2 days off?? I am 6'2" and weigh 267lbs with 27% bf. I have come off an injury from a car accident and am behind schedule a great deal. I am training for softball in the spring and need to reduce bodyfat and gain muscle. I know it sounds cheezy to cop out and do gh, but, I have no other means to do great things in this short amount of time. What tricks or sound principles do you guys have for using GH and what anabolics will get me to the promised land at least in my eyes for my goals.

You are basically obese. My obese clients have run the following cycle with great success:

For males--4IU, Sub-Q, six days on and one day off for at elast three months or until you reach goal BF%. 50mcg cytomel (T3) daily before breakfast. High protein, low carb (less than 60g daily), moderate clean fat diet. Lots of low-intensity cardio (walking) with your weight training.

Given your BF%, six months will be your minimum. This cycle is safe, for I do blood test the individuals. If there are problems, I usually reduce the dosings. Typical problems: Joint pain (from too much HGH), hyperexcitability (from too much T3). It is very important that you keep your carbs low, for the HGH literally converts your body into a fat burning machine (simplistic explanation) by creating insulin resistance. Now, get to work!!

Insulin resistance is bad, but not for the overweight and obese who should be burning fat, not carbs. That is why the low carb diet is ideal for HGH/T3.

What type of diet would be good for someone taking hgh 3iu a day for 3 months trying to gain steady weight with maybe 7% body fat.?
