Question about 1st cycle Sus, Eq Cyp

Conan thanks i figure it out....

I am 36 17% bf 198 LBS...I have been taking sus250 2x wk for 500mg along with Eq introduced at week 3 for 400mg

I want to go up in weight, diet is pretty clean with 200grams proteins and balance of carbs and fat.

Also take BCAA, fish oil, ginseng, Milk thistle, and a Multi.

Buddy of mine said I should stop sus and go with cyp...what are your thoughts?

Also are there any over the counter pct that I can get cause I am having a hard time finding anything from my sources

cyp btr for first run cause single ester but if you already running sust id just stick with it..up your protein

Stick to your plan bro, test is test!! I would use cyp if I run out of Sus, otherwise I don't see the logic .

Don't start a cycle without PCT and test alone would have been more then sufficient

Not true,test is test,sust is just long and short esters combined where cyp is just one long ester.Either way all your doing is raising your test level.

Don't worry about it Joe. I haven't been active on here long but observed for a while. Typically when "some guy at the gym told me" is followed with an inaccurate comment it gets ripped apart. And from what I have seen EZ is quite the firecracker haha. An accurate firecracker though. Stick with with the experienced guys on here tell you. There's a lot of garbage information out there and they have helped me sift through a good chunk of it.
