quest to get rid of chest fat

a.k.a. man boobs... 6'2" 175 lbs 28 years old. ok have been working out off and on since 17 years old, and can not get rid of these man boobs and love handles ( was pretty porky until I shot up around 13, guess these areas are holding on and/or just my natural build). will usually work out hardcore for 4 or 5 months (with cardio) and get frustrated because chest is still fatty and stop.

soooo here's pretty much my last attempt to get "beach ready" before considering having a doctor suck out the fat or something... every time i have worked out previously i lift as heavy as i can in my chest reps..., so now my plan is to try the ole "low weight, high rep to tone" routine. i plan on going heavy as usual with every other area of my body, but to do 4 sets of 15 or 20 reps on my chest exercises. (trust me, not worried about size of chest lagging behind other areas... plenty of room there). my resoning is that lifting heavy makes the muscles bigger, which makes the fat more apparent. anybody think this method will produce the desired result? should i do daily push ups, or scrap those as well? Thanks for any response!

p.s. also ordered some yohimurn es and am squirting two shots on each side before cardio to help

one word, DIET!

if ur diet aint down to a T your not gonna get rid of them boobs, i know this cuz im in the middle of doing this.

Diet, cardio, weights, and time, and more than a couple of months. You have to stay with it, continuously fine-tuning your diet. You cannot change 100% of your diet over night, but make small changes along the way. This has worked for me. I saw significant progress after year 1. Have spent the last 3 years continuing to fine-tune.

Good Luck.

I agree with everything that everybody has said. I would also foucus alot on decline bench presses. You should try to do a least 2 sets of decline presses after each work out.
I have found that this worked for me

Diet + Cardio = Success

That chest fat should be gone in a month or two if you cut properly. Especially at your stats.

Do lots of pec-decs and flies to isolate the chest and make sure you're using some kind've prohormone otherwise the fat will also dissolve the muscle tissue around your pecs!

Fat is over the muscle. Burning up the muscle will make the situation worse.

Continue to build the muscles with a simple, proven routine.

As said above, diet will shed the fat.

Exercise:
(1) Flat bench bb 3 x 8-6
(2) Incline Bench bb 3 x 8-6
(3) Decline flyes db 3 x 9

Slow, steady and strict. Each set should take 32 seconds. Twice a week.

Diet:
Very simply .... get the "bad" fat and fast sugar in all forms OUT. This includes flour and grain products.

Eat ... whole eggs, grilled animal flesh, veggies, a bit of cheese, real yogurt ... decafs and water ... 5 times a day. The fat and stored water will fall off and pour out.

In 4-6 weeks, you'll see no fats and veins with increased muscle.

cardio? No more than 20 minutes of light aerobics. The exercise and diet will do the magic.
