Q on typical fat loss with T3

I have read several posts on t3 but have not seen much in the way of figures of the amount of fat lost. If some one is 220at 17%bf on AS and wants to go down to 7-8% bf what is a typical time frame that this could be done. Is it nesessary to do cardio during this cutting phase or can I get decent results by cutting my calories down and keeping my protein very high or should I do all this at the same time.How much AS are nesessary to offset any weight loss during this phase. I'm just researching this as I am on a bulk program for 12 weeks (sust 250,deca) put would like to cut up later in the year. Thanks for any help guys
 
17% mainly all your life??. give it 2 years on t3 and eca to get to 7 or 8%, then surgery to tighten the skin so ya look good.

I've seen the diet and it looks good but I'm looking for more info on the typical results with T-3. I'm 17% now but I was 10% naturally for most of my life but in the past two years really let it go diet wise (junk F) and I went up to 15% or so and since i started my AS cycle I have gone up to 17%approx. Naturally I'm An ecto meso 70/30. I've gained 12 pounds in 13 days on 250mg sust and will be starting some deca tommorow. I have no doubts that I will put on another 15-20 pounds. If anybody has taken T3 and has info on how much fat can be lost or other info please post thanks
 
Painly I hope that was a joke because you have to know nothing about training to get slow results like that:insane:
 
T3 by itself didn't do much good with me, only dropped 2% bf in 8 weeks. Add some clen or ECA and cardio to get the best results.
 
I noticed a remarkable amount of fat loss.

And my diet wasn't the best either. I lost a LOT of fat but did lose some muscle too. My next cutting cycle (damn, almost seems like christmas) 2 months away will have the following.

1.wks 1-12 sustanon 250mg/wk (reason is that I want to do more fina)

2. wks 1-6 EQ at 400-600 mg /wk

3. wks 6-10 100mg/day or 200mg /eod

4. wks 6-10 winny tabs 70mg/day

5. wks 6-10 75mcg cytomel/day

6. wks 6-10 80 mg of clen/day

7. wks 1-12 liquidex .25-.5mg /day

8. wks 1-12 yohimburn topical 2X/day

9. wks 1-12 thiomucase 2X/day fatty area's check abs, love handles.
 
actually you don't need t3 or clen.

Diet and cardi will do the trick. DISIPLINE is a must in body building. If you are new i would not use T3 but you should be ok on clen. Do some research on it before using. (its not that dangerous but you must educate before you use). All drugs can fuck you up if not used right, not just juice.


1. Eat a lean diet with low saturated fat. This would be 65% protein, 15% carbs (in the a.m. or right after a workout). And of course 20% fats. Get this from sources that are not high in saturated fat (the bad stuff). Lean chicken breasts, fish, tuna salad with fat free mayo, fresh fruit, Egg beaters if you eat scrambled eggs. They are a little less on the protein but being fat and cholesterol free, I don't see where you could go wrong.
Diet a good 5-6 day /wk (6 for better results). Then take 1 day a week and just eat everything you shouldn't. Eat big macs, eat whoppers, fast food, fried food, cake, icecream all that. To get rid of those cravings but even more importantly to boost your metabolism.

How is eating big macs and cakes going to raise my metabolism ?
Well fella's (and a lot of you know this already) when you diet and get down to a certain amount of body fat say 14% or so. Your body starts to say " hey now ! I see a hell of a lot less calories coming in so I better drop down the metabolism and start holding on to far for dear life. (thats not going to happen fella's) becuase that 1 day a week it telll your brain "oh shit this guy is working out and eating a shitload of fat (he see's to much fat) "I better turn the metabolism way up".

its not hard, its just tricking your body. Kind of like if you did the same workout day in and day out your body would be resistant to muscle growth with that exercise. Be sure and mix up your exercises. If you did bar bench, incline and dips one week then do pec dec, flat and incline dumbells or cable cross or pushups are ALWAYS GREAT.

My friend if you follow this then you should be lean before you know it. remember DISIPLINE is the key word. No drinking alcohol, drink at least a gallon of water /day eat 6 small (low fat, low car) meals/day. Cardio 20-30 min. at least 3 days /wk.

You will be one cut bro just in time for spring/summer to show all that shit off.

if it was 17 all his life, getting down to seven will take a long time, i could see him getting to 10% or so within about 3-4 months, and most likely he will be sick trying to loose the rest.

Now that hes naturaly 10%, yeah 7% will take about 5 months
