actually you don't need t3 or clen.
Diet and cardi will do the trick. DISIPLINE is a must in body building. If you are new i would not use T3 but you should be ok on clen. Do some research on it before using. (its not that dangerous but you must educate before you use). All drugs can fuck you up if not used right, not just juice.
1. Eat a lean diet with low saturated fat. This would be 65% protein, 15% carbs (in the a.m. or right after a workout). And of course 20% fats. Get this from sources that are not high in saturated fat (the bad stuff). Lean chicken breasts, fish, tuna salad with fat free mayo, fresh fruit, Egg beaters if you eat scrambled eggs. They are a little less on the protein but being fat and cholesterol free, I don't see where you could go wrong.
Diet a good 5-6 day /wk (6 for better results). Then take 1 day a week and just eat everything you shouldn't. Eat big macs, eat whoppers, fast food, fried food, cake, icecream all that. To get rid of those cravings but even more importantly to boost your metabolism.
How is eating big macs and cakes going to raise my metabolism ?
Well fella's (and a lot of you know this already) when you diet and get down to a certain amount of body fat say 14% or so. Your body starts to say " hey now ! I see a hell of a lot less calories coming in so I better drop down the metabolism and start holding on to far for dear life. (thats not going to happen fella's) becuase that 1 day a week it telll your brain "oh shit this guy is working out and eating a shitload of fat (he see's to much fat) "I better turn the metabolism way up".
its not hard, its just tricking your body. Kind of like if you did the same workout day in and day out your body would be resistant to muscle growth with that exercise. Be sure and mix up your exercises. If you did bar bench, incline and dips one week then do pec dec, flat and incline dumbells or cable cross or pushups are ALWAYS GREAT.
My friend if you follow this then you should be lean before you know it. remember DISIPLINE is the key word. No drinking alcohol, drink at least a gallon of water /day eat 6 small (low fat, low car) meals/day. Cardio 20-30 min. at least 3 days /wk.
You will be one cut bro just in time for spring/summer to show all that shit off.
