P.S. Anyone that can get a good workout for the bi's and back when doing them together is just not seeing the light. Do them seperately. There is absolutely no way in my opinion that your biceps can have enough strength to get them a good workout and at the same time have enough stamina to hold enough weight to impact the back muscles. I've tried so many different workout routines and this one has never made sense to me.

I eat about this much (probably a little more whole food) and man i walk around feeling sick all day... so full i can't stand the sight of food anymore! what can i do to make myself eat more????

I don't feel like reading your diet log, but Van Wilder is right about working bis and back seperately...biceps don't have enough stamina. If you can do the same amoung of pull-ups after doing some preachers, straight bar and concentration curls, I'll eat my words.

Think that was me that said that. Anyway I have the same problem with eating, I just can't do it enough without hating food. I seriously hate to eat and the whole gaining weight thing is what caused this. I have thought about getting some appetite stimulants but I have never persued it. I may try that out though.

hi i have some dbol - its my first ever course (im 18) and i will be starting on 15 mg/day going up to 40mg/day ino the 8th week. i also have some clomid which i am told to take twice a week throughout the course. do i need pct? is this course ok for a first? much chances of getting bad acne? will i be able to train for over an hour at a time? thanks
 
That has happened to me too, thread just never appeared. Anyway, no that's not a good first cycle. First of all your too young, but I know that won't stop you. At least research a little before you start anything. That first cycle is the most important in my opinion because of the amount you are able to gain. You want to take advantage of this and not do something you will regret later. A dbol only cycle is something you will not look back on too proudly, I guarantee it. Yes you need PCT.

p.s. I just reread your post and I don't think you have researched this one bit. Starting anything is a big step and I would love to go back with the knowledge I have now and be able to do my first cycle over again. Just think about this. The clomid throughout the cycle is ridiculous, save it for after. Bottom line is you need to rethink that cycle.
