I had a great workout. Ever workout so hard you feel like you want to puke? Yeah that happened to me this afternoon.
First time this has happened in a long time. Pump3d really is some good stuff. I was killing the weights in there like I was supergirl. If you are looking for something to help you push the weights then this is definitely your product. I was amazed that even on my last set of some of the exercises I was still able to max out at 10 reps. Typically for me on the last set I have no more gas and barely push out 6 or 7. Pump3d definitely gives you the energy and strength u need to have a great workout. I really like this product!

Pump3d is an excellent product, I'm always pretty tired at the end of my work day. This has been exactly what I needed for that extra push. I've been taking pump3d and raw mcc for the past few week. My strength has definitely gone up!
