Actually, no, they use your biceps and never your triceps either way.
 
I was able to do 7 complete one-armed chin-ups last year during the Winter. Did it right in my weightroom at school. Now I can get 3-4.
 
Yeah, nothing is quiet like DLs or Squats in terms of exhausting. Squats are the most exausting. Every time I throw the bar backon the wrack i need to lean against the cage for a few seconds and I'm sweating like I ran a marathon.
