Depending on the hand grip (palms in/out) it will affect how your arm muscles are used (bis, tris). But to my understanding, the back muscles that are used are about the same (wide grip=more lats, Narrow grip more mid-back traps &rhoms).
Yeah, nothing is quiet like DLs or Squats in terms of exhausting. Squats are the most exausting. Every time I throw the bar backon the wrack i need to lean against the cage for a few seconds and I'm sweating like I ran a marathon.
