the body can digest about 60 grams of protein in a 3 hour time frame and the rest is waist. Some digestive enzymes can speed this up.
Do you have any studies that show this? It seems like quite a generalization, but there's got to be a decent formula out there somewhere. I would think that someone who's 125lbs will not be able to digest as much or as quickly as a 250lb person.

yes 1.5-2grams a day per lb of lean body mass.

Right..... so my LBM is 166LB so that makes it up to 332 grams of protein/day?
Synthia 6 i take only has 46g protein/serving ( 2 scoops).... id need heap loads of the stuff or have i been a complete knob and misunderstood or cocked up my maths working this out.

) is my fav thing ever and eat shit loads of that alone. That is loaded with protein. It's called meat. Eat some of that. I hear there is protein in it.
i eat 3g per lb on cycle and 2-2.5g per lb off cycle spread between 10-12 meals. i think these statements of how much you can digest at a time are extremely inaccurate. there is definately a limit but that limit changes all the time depending on what you are doing, what you are eating, and who you are. there is no set number. it could be between 30g and 100g probably.
