Proportion Question

Hey bros ive been working out for a few years off and on untill the last six months have been serious. and my biceps are obviously out of proportion compared to my tris. my tris are way bigger and should i just stop working them as hard or at all and just focus on bringing up my bis or what please gimme opinions.

genetics play a huge roal for me my bies grow more than my tries. If you want you can lay off training your tries they get work in secondary movements and concentrate on bies

watch your form and really working the muscle, it is not in the weight but how you work it. Try hammers wide and narrow grip barbell curls anyhting to shock your muscle into new growth

Also look at your diet if your not eating enough that could be the problem 2
