progress updates!!

It has been a month since i started back and i just wanted to say my progress has been amazing. I know its mostly everything is getting back to where it was but im still amazed at how fast everything is moving up.

So i have only really maxed on bench and that wasnt the greatest.
I was at the arnold all weekend long so i didnt eat very much plus i did my BW 30 times for a t-shirt and protein on sat.

Yesterday
bench- 305 i could have gotten 315 or even 320 if i would have rested and eaten like i normally do.

Deadlift- 355 3X4( all paused) I havent maxed due to wanting to get my lower back stronger before i max to prevent injury. But im pretty sure im in the 400`s.

Squat- 355 5x3 parellel box squats ( paused). I cannot squat the way i would like because of my knees. Even with 225 atg is exteme pain, and i cant stop myself unless i have something there. I think paralell squats are wimpy. But i would say im around 400 on squat.

These are all raw, i weighed in at 154.5 at the arnold w/ jeans and a t-shirt.


Im going to wait untill i get closer to a 400lb bench to start looking for sponsors.
 
Very impressive lifts.

As far as the deadlift goes, when I was dead lifting 350 x 5 I was able to pull 405 for a single. Just to give you an idea, you should be over 400 no prob. Never tried one max rep after that.

djeclipse- i thought so but i wasnt to sure. My starting power isnt the greatest so i need to work on it.

Eric1987- Keep training you will get there!! HOw long have you been training?

jassdhali- will post pics when i get to my goal of 430 bench raw. Yea i know you only bench? NO i dont but thats what i compete in so thats my main focus.

Scotsman- thanks bud hope the injuries healing fast. Get back and kill some more PR`s.
 
it varies from day to day i dont have a really set diet.

A meal usually looks like this

Cytogainer+ Pb&j
or
1/2- 3/4lb lean burger, whole wheat pasta, 1-2 taco shells, lettuce
