I posted my pictures here a while back. I've put on about 15 pounds since, while only getting a little fatter.

I am not training to bodybuild and I never have. I'm training to play football next year. That said, I would appreciate some weak points to be pointed out.

Obviously my biceps are non-existent and I could put a lot more size on overall. I am 5'8" and 180lbs.

Yeah, I just need to get bigger! I will squat, deadlift and press my way there.
