Bros!

Been off for a while now.. ready to start back up for the spring

Going to be running Test Prop 100mg EOD and Liquid-Var 60mg/day. AIFM for bloat/ anti E for 6 weeks starting soon.


Ive shrunk a bit from before 5'9(202lbs) down to 188 and have really been increasing cardio and thinking about doing mma training again. My question is do you guys think I will see a good improvement from the cycle listed? Ive been training with the 5x5 and will continue to do so without. What can I expect running those compounds together , never used var but interested in its capability's.


Have clen and albuterol inhalers on hand as well as lipoflame. (add these?)

And some HCG for your cycle.

I'm guessing you're trying to lose some fat since you mentioned lipoflame and clen/albuterol? Make sure you have a good diet and don't use clen/albuterol together.

Goals: put on lean muscle while maximizing fat loss potential and start mma training again. Not really concerned with putting on much size , although I feel so small!

I would never run clen and albuterol together, just have them. I am asthmatic and the inhalers work great - the clen we have in the house gave my girlfriend pericardia after 1 week of use. shitty.
 
re-compositioning then, losing some fat building some muscle. I think your cycle looks good. I actually would consider doing a keto diet with some MCT thrown in for the training, but that's just me. When I want to lose fat and retain muscle I go keto because it's simple: I know I can't eat carbs, I know I need lots of protein and some good fats. Anyhow, best of luck!

my back gets hairy as fuck i gotta get my g/f to shave it twice a week and i gotta shave my chest and stomach every other day i used to never be a hairy dude still i started doin alotta gear...if i didnt have a g/f livin with with me i dunno wtf i would do bout my back lol i wouldnt wanna go get waxed all the time and spend like 60 bucks or however much it is....u just gotta keep training and eating right the muscles come man its all about muscle maturity most pros and shit are in their 30's and 40's.....lasor hair removal for your whole entire back would cost you thousands of dollars and i heard they only do small spots at a time and u have to get it done a few times for the hair to actually never grow back again
 
I will consider the keto diet bro thanks , yea i never used to be a hairy fuck until I ran test. Now its like if I do NOT shave it its a god damn hair-sweater. sexy!

hahaha I know this man! My boys always fuck with me regarding my hair when we are at the beach, I posted my goals in a previous post

Regarding the Var, I am a skeptical one and only time will tell but it was recommended to me by a very reputable EF person so I believe it to be good to go. :qt:
