workouts look like this:
Sunday - Work 12 hours so this is my day to rest
Monday - AM cardio, Back, Deads, Traps
Tuesday - AM cardio, Light chest workout (Have a partially torn rotator cuff)
Weds - AM cardio, Legs
Thurs - AM cardio, Delts, Traps
Friday - AM cardio, Bis, Tris
Satch, next year sounds good to me, you know I would have been there this year with you if it wasnt for my shoulder injury and not knowing what I would be able to do and not do. I am only limited in certain exercises and have to go extremely light on chest workouts, actually I didnt do any chest training for 8 weeks, but I was happy to see that I didnt lose that much size. I have surgery scheduled for the beginning of August, so wish me luck with that, hopefully my recovery time wont be too bad. Thanks again everyone, and putting together progress pics like this is something I definately recommend everyone do, it really helps judge where your at and its something you can look back on.
