I went 12 weeks without any cheating on my diet, and the last pic was taken last week before a 3 day vegas trip where my diet wasnt exactly on point, alright, I pretty much had a 3 day cheat fest, I couldnt help myself. Im holding some water right now, but I dont think it will set me back any, if anything it might have just thrown my body for a loop and gave my metabolism a little kick in the ass, I guess we'll see when it comes time for the photoshoot.
 
Cant see the tiny pics but as always your one of the best on here. This is world wide so that cant be a bad thing. Care to share some diet info or training....

I put the link to the pics for non-plats right above the smaller pics. Thanks a lot boys, I appreciate the compliments. I have my photoshoot in 3 weeks now, I will definately be ready, but this water weight I am holding from my trip has me worried, but no biggie. As far as diet goes, I will post up some diet shit after the photoshoot, as far as anabolics, I keep it simple, I usually just run test, but some winny tabs and a little tren made some nice touches :D

Incredible progress machine. I am on week four of my diet,not cheating at all and it is tough. You have gone 12 strict, shows your true dedication. I am going to Cancun for 4 days @ week 8, I will try to keep it fairly clean, but I know that will be tough. Good luck on your shoot, you'll be ready. Nice to have Jenetic on your side.
 
workouts look like this:
Sunday - Work 12 hours so this is my day to rest
Monday - AM cardio, Back, Deads, Traps
Tuesday - AM cardio, Light chest workout (Have a partially torn rotator cuff)
Weds - AM cardio, Legs
Thurs - AM cardio, Delts, Traps
Friday - AM cardio, Bis, Tris

Satch, next year sounds good to me, you know I would have been there this year with you if it wasnt for my shoulder injury and not knowing what I would be able to do and not do. I am only limited in certain exercises and have to go extremely light on chest workouts, actually I didnt do any chest training for 8 weeks, but I was happy to see that I didnt lose that much size. I have surgery scheduled for the beginning of August, so wish me luck with that, hopefully my recovery time wont be too bad. Thanks again everyone, and putting together progress pics like this is something I definately recommend everyone do, it really helps judge where your at and its something you can look back on.

That's the way to do it. 12 weeks strict is a fkn bitch, but look what it does. Shit bro, I'd like to have your gut in the before pics. lol. Nice fkn job.
 
Very impressive machine. I am on week 1 of fina/winny/prop. I hope my results are half as good as yours. K to you for the cool pics. It can be hard sometimes to see results from different camera angles and different poses.

Its honestly my diet that does it, like I said earlier, I use test pretty much throughout and throw in winny and tren the last few weeks, so the gear has really nothing to do with the bodyfat reduction you see, its diet and cardio. My training pretty much stays the same whether bulking or cutting, and my diet and cardio are what makes the difference.

How intense of cardio sessions do you have? How long, what level intensity, heart rate?

also, whats your prferred routine for a.m cardio? walkin, running, treadmill??

I start off with 30 mins per day, 5 days per week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then I gradually up the time as the weeks go by based on my progress. I usually go up to 40 mins, then 50 mins, never letting my body get too used to anything that I am doing to it, always keeping it guessing and working harder. After 12 weeks, I was going with 50 mins in the am and then 35-45 mins in the evening 6 days per week. I can only do the double sessions for a few weeks before getting burned out, but the shit works.
 
Just to let you guys know, my photoshoot was scheduled for Thursday the 2nd of June, and that was pretty much the last day I would be able to do it, I left for hawaii that same day and just returned late last night. Well, the photographer had to cancel on me and that pretty much F'ed me, since I wouldnt have time to train or eat right while in hawaii. Oh well, I was right on track and was in the best condition ive ever been in. I had someone snap a couple pics before I left on my trip, but the lighting was horrible and the camera used wasnt the best, but I will post a couple up sometime tonight.

The Machine is an inspiration to us all. What are your exact stats? I'd like to see what your diet consists of myself.

Not bad considering your ass should have been in constant contact with me the last 3 days. LOL and J/K. It's kinda difficult for either of us considering we live on oppostie sides of the planet. Thanks J, putting our knowledge together and changing some things from last year, I definatley made some nice improvements even though the pics dont show it, but oh well.

I know my shit when it comes to dieting as well as J does, but the final week prep for these shoots I still need some work which is where J could have been a big help if we were able to be in contact. I also want to thank Makevelli who helped me a great deal with the last few days, hes a great bro and really knows his shit with the final week prep. Thanks again to everyone.

Hey great work buddy! I'm 3 weeks into my diet and I know the discipline and hard work required so way to go and as Organon250 said, "it's threads like these that keep my ass motivated"! :)

Yeah! a peek at your diet would be cool too.

just curious bro, i know you burn something like 3x the amount of cals on on empty stomach. bu, do you take eca clen or t3?

your diet plan has helped me shed major fat and get down to 10% and below.

Its not that you are burning more cals while doing cardio on an empty stomach, its the fact that your glucose levels are in a depleted state therefore your body will begin to burn fat faster, where you will burn glucose off first before fat when your glucose levels are at a more normal range or higher. I am a big fan of ephedrine and caffeine, have been for years now, I feel that it works better for me than clen does, although I will throw clen in the mix for a couple weeks here and there while cutting to give my body a little switch to throw it off a little. T3 is a very tricky drug that I can go on about for while, but you only will benefit from it when your T3 levels are lowered from a strict diet, so you need to really know what your natural levels of T3 are at before using. The other thing is the capability that it has to burn muscle as well as fat so you need to know how to use it and the proper dose. I try to only use if for a short period if I need it, but I have gotten the same results with just diet alone, it jsut might take an extra week or 2.

Im glad that you were able to put some of my diet advice to use and see some results. Youve put your time in and are getting to know the ins and outs of the whole dieting game now and your learning what works best for you which is way to do it, and your progress shows it bro.
