I have gotten a lot of requests from people wanting to know what I look like after gaining 65lbs post show, so I took a few shots after training today. Mods, I know this belongs in the pics forum, but most of the requests came from here so can you leave it up for a bit?
Stats are just under 5'9", 245lbs, bf is between 11-12%, hard to pin point as I am holding a fair bit of water from the deca. Current stack is:
quest enth 800mg/week
quest deca 500mg/week
quest eq 500mg/week
jintropin gh 4iu per day
Poses are way off as I havent posed since the show, but you get the idea

thanks guys, its coming but I wont compete again till I add at least another 15lbs.
Term, liking the jins, I am eating 7-8 meals a day with as much junk food in between as I can stomach, and my fat levels have stayed the same for months, all the fat I have I gained in the first few weeks after the show

NY, arms are 19" cold, I just finished training there so they were about 20", my small frame helps them look big
 
WOW! You look great. I keep a folder of motivational pictures to remind me of what I want to look like and this one goes in the folder.
 
Needsize, I always read your posts, good shit, always informative. It surprises me how much weight you lose to compete, I think you look better heavier. Do you have a carrer outside of bb'ing? I assume you do...cannot imagine how you balance all the training/intake/eating with a full time job.

gambino, I am actually a social worker, I work residential with very difficult kids. I am looking for something related to bodybuilding now though

liftingfreak1983, I have been training since high school, but was still tiny at your age so you could end up a lot bigger than me by this age
 
hey needsize i read up on a couple of your 5x5 routine stuff and i had a quick question, i've been doing DC's routine for almost a year and have had pretty good results...anyways i don't really have a spot anymore and was curious if 5x5 is the way to go?? i also posted a couple questions on the training board about 5x5 if you could check those out that would be cool thanks bro...

me too but i haven't really seen the real gains till i started DC's routine my body blew up after i started lifting till failure and stretching, personally i feel pretty solid for my age but it's so damn addicting i can't stop! hopefully i can get some pics up soon so i can prove myself :D
 
Looks very impressive. I'll make a recommendation though. Fix your symmetry NOW....it's goin to get alot harder later when you don't react as quickly to the juice. The calves & narrow lats stand out, although you look much better when you cut down at contest time. You could put an inch on your calves in a year now; in 2 years it'll take twice as long to get that kind of growth. You look lean for 245 though.

I secoind the calf work though - from the pics, it looks like you should try to put a little more size on them.
 
I have really been pounding the weak areas and have put some size on them, 1/2" on the calves and a fair bit on the back, but they are weak for a reason, those bastard areas just wont grow!! I've changed the way I train them and its helping, but the back and calves have always been behind.
But thats part of the plan now, I wont do another competition until i am 25lbs bigger than the last one, and ther arent any weak areas

Don't worry about the calfs and back... I have the same prob. with my chest, bi's, tri's, delts, quads, hams,.... well you get the picture... Looking good buddy!!!

Bro - Gotta give you props... looking great... Remember when you post pics on sites like this, we will give you honest answers... Just get your calves in the picture and dial it in... At 29 you got it workin bro.... TRAIN HARD, EAT HARDl, SLEEP HARD.....
 
Now to make this thread complete how about showing your pics you had a yr ago (the one you had in your avatar) before this along with the contest pics for comparison.

Wow... still looking good... and huge. So many guys at my gym say they have 18 to 20 inch arms. I would like to see theirs next to yours. I bet their legs aren't even as big as your arms lol. Its true man... you are motivating people. I watched you contest video and it got me off my ass. I don't think I will reach anyplace near where you are but I am tightening up the diet and not screwing around in the gym any more. I always look forward to your posts.

The part that kills me is when people trash underground gear...all my cycles have been UG labs. Everything up to the 2nd pic was spectro gear, and from the 2nd pic on was all quest gear. people especially have been bashing quest lately, I'd say the stuff works
 
current cycle has been about 10 weeks, since I seem to be plateaued I think I'll come off in two weeks, take a month or so off and hit it up again
liftingfreak, the gh really helps me to keep the fat off

Very nice. You look good all over but I like the size and shape of your tri's......GH might have to be something to save up for. I guess I will need another part-time job.

looking great Needsize, thats awesome you put that much weight on and kept the fat down, the GH definately helped with that. I am wondering what your stats were in the older pics and also how long has your longest cycle been?

first pic I believe I weighed around 208lbs, 2nd pic I was around 220lbs, last pic was contest day and I was just over 180lbs at 4% bodyfat
 
your chest/arms/delts look fucking awesome in that last pic.

damn... I'm shooting for the quality of physique you got in the 'before shot' first pic, lol
 
Needsize, around how many months of the year are you usually on? Also, when off do most of your values reutrn to normal (emphasis on your testosterone)?

it changes, normally i run 8 weeks on, 8 off, this time around I am running 12 weeks on, 5 off. Since I use hcg during and post cycle, test is back to normal within a few weeks of the cycle ending

It does however boggle my mind that at 10-12% your waist looks like that......you're a lucky bastard.....when I get to 12% my lower abs look like a roll of dough......we are the same age......but I imagine I have abused the gear a little worse than you......it's nice to see you getting results in lower doasges........let me know what you think you gain off of the Jin.........that's one I have never done.....:D
 
I was running slin with it but it was too hard to eat clean and get enough calories, so I dropped the slin
 
I've said it before, but I'll say it again...I think you look great....not only with the mass, but very symmetrical too. :) :) Your physique is awesome, and anyone can see how hard you work to get to where you are.

Ahhh. Just looked like you added quite
a bit of water and I couldn't imagine that
the Deca alone did the damage.

The Anadrol definitely added some as well

Looking very good though. Looks like
you're going to do some serious
damage on stage after you lean out.

Please keep us posted on the
remainder of your bulking as well as
your future cutting cycles.

out.

you are huge. I bet you look even bigger in person. 5'9" and that big. Your upper legs are tree trunks. 19 inch arms cold is a motivator for us that are not near that large. good job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 :shocked:
