I can do delts all day. With some pip but nothing too bad.
As soon as I do glutes I'm in so much fucking pain it's crazy. I pinned my right glute last Wednesday and the pip wasn't bad until now. Now I feel like I have a hard ball in my glute. I went to do a lunge today and got such a sharp shooting pain there.
I pinned my left glute today and god damn I'm already feeling it.
I guess I'm gonna have to try quads. But last time I did quads I was crippled from only sust.
