Pre-workout check-list when on

Dear gym-gods: on or off gear before the gym i will focus and plan how my session will go...i will get jacked on preworkout stimulants and will be well rested...i will be properly hydrated and have the right carb/pro sources flowing through my blood.....i will bang goose bump producing music through my headphones.....i will destroy my clothes, whether sweat and or blood......i will progess every workout.....i will stare at the weight between sets and imagine how each rep will feel before i even get to it, then i f*ck up that set with max intensity.....i will be beyond insanity, but always controlled and focused......i will move ground shaking weights on compound lifts.....and i will finish it off with an immediate pwo meal in the locker room even if that means eating your food while some sweaty motha f*cker is naked taking his socks off.....just getter'done......if not......please don't allow me to make gains....AMEN :evil:
 
and for the encore.......if this isn't what you feel each gym session stay the f*ck of the anabolic board because you should look into pilates....i have spoken!!! MAUH!

so yesterday i was training back...hit deads second in my workout and pyramided up to 450 for 4 reps...well the last rep i could lift the bar high enough to rack on the squat rack with that weight so i kinda aggressively dropped it to the floor, well this normal dudes was doing leg press right near me and he turned real quick and gave me a dirty look....so i walked over right near him...lifted up the leg on my sweat pants and my shin was all BLOOD...the bar caught my shin on the way down...it was messy...you should have seen the look on that f*ckers face after hitting some heavy weight then cleaning up the blood after the set...i was insane after seeing the blood...felt kinda hardcore so i went back for another set and tore it up!!!!.....ahhhh priceless!!
 
i was doing high rep squats and on my 4th set i got all dizzy tried to burp and ended up with a thwurp, (throw up burp) luckily I had put my towel up to my mouth in just in time is was soooo tasty :p

I hate that feeling. I did higher reps yesturday on legs too and I almost puked. The sick feeling it the stomach doesn't feel so good :p

you probably scared the shit out of that guy, poor fella might not have the balls to come around and workout now.

haha i think when i looked at him i had bloodshot eyes from the strain of doing the set....plus i was so hyped up....poor guy only goes in the room with the blue bouncy balls and the jump ropes now....he said f*ck that weight room!!! haha :evil:

lol i started cracking up when i read this. there are times in the summer where it is just ungodly hot outside here. i'm will never ever sell out and buy a treadmill, so when it's time for cardio, it's time for cardio. anyway, i can remember on more than one occasion running in the dead of summer to the point of almost exaustion. there was one time in particular where i was running, might have been on m9 of 12, and i started feeling sick. there was a man cutting his grass on the side of the road, and as i approached him, i could feel it coming and just let loose, puking at least three times while in motion a mere 10 feet from this guy. i remember him shutting off his lawnmower, gagging his brains out, and kneeling down as if he was going to throw up him self.. i had to stop because i was laughing so hard. i run four times a week, every single time i run by his house, i still to this day laugh outloud. good times

WUT mile 9 of 12, i gagged a lil just reading that, the rest is hella funy though
 
This thread is great. One time after lifting hard my bud and I were drink a shake right after getting done. After he finished he looked kinda pal then he said oh crap and grabbed his bottle and puked most of his shake bake into into. So he set it on the table and cleaned up the rest with his towel then jugged the shake back down. Some other guys saw the whole thing and almost puked themselves it was hilarious.

Bike, Stretch, abs

Lift weights

Go home Eat a lot of food.

two meals a day aint gonna cut it, i dont see the "megadose lots of tren" part either.. your slacking :evil:

so you must be hitting a test/tren cycle...thats sounds about right....sleep....wake up and have caffiene....train....muster up the energy to get back to bed!!! :evil: grow like hell!!

this isn't hardcore but kinda amusing.....i had a pair of warmups that i luved trainind legs in....it was like a good luck charm to me..the pants....well they have a rip in the leg from doing deads and shrugs and all that and the bar rubbing on them....well i was doing heavy walking lunges with db's and caught the leg of my pant on a closeby bench and it ripped the pants just about off me....i wasn't gonna go home som i trained from another 30 minutes in basically my underwear...lucky i didn't get kicked out...oh well....f*ck em'
