Dear gym-gods: on or off gear before the gym i will focus and plan how my session will go...i will get jacked on preworkout stimulants and will be well rested...i will be properly hydrated and have the right carb/pro sources flowing through my blood.....i will bang goose bump producing music through my headphones.....i will destroy my clothes, whether sweat and or blood......i will progess every workout.....i will stare at the weight between sets and imagine how each rep will feel before i even get to it, then i f*ck up that set with max intensity.....i will be beyond insanity, but always controlled and focused......i will move ground shaking weights on compound lifts.....and i will finish it off with an immediate pwo meal in the locker room even if that means eating your food while some sweaty motha f*cker is naked taking his socks off.....just getter'done......if not......please don't allow me to make gains....AMEN
