The super food/phyto food super veggie extract stuff I just started taking (capping it) has a bunch of apple pectin in it. Most of the fat I get is from Grape seed oil. I was taking unleashed but I ran out a month ago. I have been taking lipid stabil.
I'm going to drop down to 75mg wk for the next 6-8 weeks at least and see how it goes.
With 150mg keeping me at 2400+ I'm thinking WTF do I need more for? If I cant gain on 2400 ng/dl then I have no business doing any of this shit. < I am gaining though.

UNLEASHED is active for only 48 hours. It's like a vitamin pill. You have to take it every day if you want the results. No need to drop the T too low. 100 is fine. Grapeseed oil is not enough. Have some tomato sauce with lots of olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil on salads. Oil on sandwiches, oil, oil, oil. Good for the joints, hair, glands, skin and most importantly HDL/LDL levels.
