Power Cleans

I've been practicing power cleans for about 3 weeks now, nothing heavy just 25s on either side, and today everything finally clicked. Last part of it was figuring out the jump rebend I guess. Anyways I was pretty pumped when I left today, cause the bar was friggin weightless on the way up. Now, how fast should I ramp this up? Squats and deads I've tried ~2.5 every 2 sessions or so just to keep the weight increasing. I was able to squat clean 135 lbs, but I wouldn't say perfect form. Just a thought, wondering what was most effective for other people in terms of ramping up.
 
well if you've really 'clicked' like you say you will be pleasantly surprised how easy you can make jumps...when I first started cleaning I was stuck around 135 for like 5 weeks, but I made the jump to 185 very shortly thereafter...it just depends on feel brother
 
I'd say to take whatever jumps you can w/out sacrificing speed/technique. If it wants to blow up faster than your other lifts, then let it - but not at the expense of form.
 
95lbs is probably extremely light unless you don't weigh much. Rather than organizing any kind of progression - just train for a bit. Add weight. Any flaws in technique will come right out. Sometimes it's actually easier to teach with heavier weights because they can't be man-handled. So I wouldn't worry about ramping or any type of organization. Do singles and doubles. Get better and just increase the weight. Basically it's about practice. If you don't know how to run - it's stupid to put you on a program to develop your sprint. You need to get out there and just move around, play games, run fast, and have fun.

I will say, increases in the clean can be like night and day though but don't lay out some long multi-week plan of incremental increase at your stage. You've been training with 95lbs so, work up from there each day until you start missing.
