ok it happened today... i was asked (not politely either) to lower my deadlift slowly because some elderly people complained about the noise... now i could respect that... but why go snitch on me to a PT??? why not just ask me to quiet down a bit...
i told the PT its the way the exersise is performed... he said he used to compete and understands but its not up to him...
and yes... there is a sports injury therapist in the gym... i wonder what their cut is on referrals...
next week i will do it... if i get kicked out... time to find a new gym...
if your oly lifing- you have to use rubber coated plates. Using regualr plates ruins the gym floor & the metal on them chips off after a few drops. The centers on the metal plates also start to push in into the barbell. try unloading 45s that have been droppped a few times- not easy.
