my gym doesn't have platforms for oly lifts and i'm afraid i'll be creating too much commotion if i were to just dump the bar from my clevicles and risk being flamed by the gym management and maybe members..
so normally i would control my descent while power cleaning.. and i was wondering if this was highly discouraged as there's always a jolt when i bring the bar down back to my hips before deloading the weight on the floor..
