pot/pee test Q

I dont smoke it anymore but my downstairs neighbor has been and it's makin it's way through the heater vents to my place... Today I woke up with a body buzz (it was that strong)... Q is "would I pee or hair sample test dirty from a contact buzz?". Trying to get a new job and dont want to chance it. Also, "will a detox drink mess with gear and or gains?" Thanks all!
