Postworkout insulin shot and postworkout cardio

Its ok to do a 20/30 mins cardio postworkout? heart beat around 130/140.
As far as I know, we have 1 hour window after postworkout to consume the postworkout shake so after 20/30 mins of cardio Im still in an anabolic state...and Im going to shot 10iu of slin right after cardio is done and drink the dex/malt shake. Someone does not agree? Thanks!
 
i've never understood why people do post workout cardio, but anyway, i think it's alright. when i'd get done at the gym i have a 20 min. drive back home so yeah it should be good to go.
 
If you're bulking then forget the post workout cardio. Do your cardio at a different time. Especially while using slin. Train, shoot the slin, and then have your post workout shake.

yes, Im bulking
Im paying for consulations with a professional bb and he was the one that said that 20/30 mins cardio postworkout wont hurt and he does not like AM cardio on an empty stomach while bulking... Taking advantage that I finish my workout with a heart beat around 130/140 I can go straight to cardio. If this thing about "1 hour window" is true I dont see why its bad to do light cardio postworkout.
Makavelli: so which is the best time for cardio considering Im bulking up?

That depends on what time you train. If you train in the morning then do cardio in the evening and vice versa. Whether or not you do cardio depends on your genetic factors like metabolism, body type, etc. Not what a pro BB does. You can't compare yourself to him. Some people I do recommend cardio for when they're bulking whereas with others I'll completely cut it out.

I workout at 7AM and my off days are tuesday, friday and sunday
There are 3 types of body endomorph, ectomorph and mesomorph, right? I know Im in the middle. Im not the skinny guy(hardgainer) nor the fat guy who eat an apple and get 1 pound! Like I wrote, Im the middle type. What you would suggest me cardio wise? for how long and in which part of the day?

what if u r cutting, is it not acceptable nowadays to do cardio right after working out? I don't have the option to do cardio first thing in the AM on an empty stomach so I do it all at once.

If you are a mesomorph then you don't need to do cardio while bulking. That wasn't what I was referring to with body type. Most people are not purely one body type. They are a mix. Even Arnold was a meso-ecto. If you are a pure meso then you will gain muscle easily and lose fat easily. Do you have a tendency to put on fat while easily? If so, then do your cardio at night or on off days in the morning. Why doesn't your trainer want you doing cardio in the am on your off days? It's proven to burn the most fat.

Here what my trainer wrote "You can do am cardio. I prefer post workout cardio but am is
fine. Just don't go crazy with it. You don't wanna burn up too many
calories when you are trying to gain muscle. 3 days a week at 30mins
will be fine or if u decide doing cardio postworkout have the shake after. I prefer a good pace walk on the treadmill or
the
Stepmill. If you do the stepmill keep it to 20mins max. You burn alot
of calories in a short amount of time on that thing."

I would wait about an hour and a half to 2 hours after eating to do it. I would still do it on your off days in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ok so I will stick with the am cardio. For how long should I do and which heart beat should I keep? 130/140?

I would do 30 mins on the stepmill. Just go at a pace where your breathing is elevated, but you're not out of breathe.
