Post your Bicep Blasting Routine.... (You must have 18" or bigger arms)

As for my arm routine, it's simple DC stuff. Biceps before legs on day 1, and triceps after pecs, back and delts on day 2. My last day one and 2 exercises were:

Barbell curl, 140x6/2/1. I tried slowing the negatives down on these; the TUT for the six reps was close to 40 sec. The two rest-pause "mini-sets" weren't as strict...to get that last one I had to bend back somewhat :(

Skullcrusher, 140x5/3/2. Same deal, slow negatives. The weight was a bit heavy, and I felt like I was going to fall off the bench during the 2nd or 3rd rep, but the rest-pauses were right on target.

Well my lbm is 230 so I would say I would need a lbm of 260 or so.Im under swolecats care so I have no doubt it will happen some day.

I'm a hardgainer, that went from under 12" arms, to over 19 cold, 20" pumped
This is my routine
tris
close grip bench
weighted dips
skull crushers

bis
standing barbell curls
incline dumbell curls
preachers

I think anytime you put over an 1 or 1.5" on your arms in a year you've had a fucking great year IMO

you guys are crazy to say that you have to put over 6 inches on your arms to know what you are doing. jesus christ

I may not be the best example to follow lol..but you cannot go wrong with the exercises i listed using proper form with heavy weights..most times i keep my reps in the 6-10 range pyramiding up in weight..i do 12 sets for tris then another 12 for bi's..sometimes i will supereset one tricep exercise with one bicep exercise..you have to find what will work for you..good luck
 
debaser, yep they said everything that needs saying. Anywho I think Stenox was being a little hypersensitive to your post.
