As for my arm routine, it's simple DC stuff. Biceps before legs on day 1, and triceps after pecs, back and delts on day 2. My last day one and 2 exercises were:
Barbell curl, 140x6/2/1. I tried slowing the negatives down on these; the TUT for the six reps was close to 40 sec. The two rest-pause "mini-sets" weren't as strict...to get that last one I had to bend back somewhat

Skullcrusher, 140x5/3/2. Same deal, slow negatives. The weight was a bit heavy, and I felt like I was going to fall off the bench during the 2nd or 3rd rep, but the rest-pauses were right on target.
